SUMMER YOUTH INTERN PROGRAM: The City of Pensacola is offering a SUMMER YOUTH INTERN PROGRAM from May 31 - July 26. This is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience and earn income. The applications are due by Monday, April 1, 2024. See the attachment for more information.

LEADERSHIP APPLICATIONS: Students who are interested in participating in one of the leadership organizations: Student Council, SEB, JAB, SLB, FAB need to complete the Tate Leadership Application 2024-2025.

PROM TICKETS: The prom will be held on April 27th from 7:00-10:30 p.m. at the Hadji Shrine Temple located on Nine Mile Rd. The prom theme is Dancing in the Rain. JAB will begin selling prom tickets on Thursday, March 14th. Tickets are $40 before spring break and the price goes up $5 each week after spring break. JAB students will be selling tickets during lunches. Students may pay by cash or check. See the attachment for more information.

MEALS OF HOPE: The Tate High School agricultural programs have joined with Meals of Hope, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, to pack 50,000 meals for our area food bank, which distributes to local food pantries. For more information contact: Austin Courson, FFA Advisor. See the attachment for more information.

The Tate Aggies tennis boys and girls teams both defeated the Escambia Gators this week.
The boys were victorious 7-0, and the girls won 5-2 at Escambia. The boys record improves to 6-1 so far for the season, and the girls are now 4-3.
Up next, the Tate varsity will be at Navarre Thursday. -

Tate Boys Soccer: Beat Navarre 3-0 For the District Championship. The Tate High School Aggies boys soccer team won the District 1-6A championship Wednesday night. Tate defeated Navarre 3-0 at Ashton Brosnaham Park.
