Dear Aggie Nation,

On behalf of the Tate High School Athletic Department, I welcome you to explore our athletics webpage. Whether you are students investigating options for participation, or a parent and supporter checking game dates and times, our desire is to provide you with up-to-date information about all of our athletics at Tate.

Sports is an excellent way to grow emotionally as an individual, and it plays a major role in helping prepare young people for college and the working world.  Athletics develops skills in time management, problem solving, delegation, motivation, and team building by participation on one of our teams.

All of the coaches and staff in the Tate High School's Athletics Department adhere to the philosophy that the student athletes' pursuits on the field should be equally measured with those off the field as well.

We are united in supporting all of the teams that represent Tate High School, both on and off the field.  We hope you will join us in becoming part of the Aggie Nation.

Greg Blackmon, Athletics Director
